sometimes icon posts just seem to get away from you. as in, i had no idea this post would contain icons from doctor who promo pics and secret diary of a call girl, but when i found the caps and pics i couldn't help myself. so hopefully you like those. ; )

i hope everyone is having a lovely summer; i know mine has kept me watching new (and old) tv shows and hanging out with friends and generally enjoying nicer weather. but another thing it's given me time to do is reflect a little more on my icons; as you can see this post contains icons from two "movies" (what do you guys count dr. horrible as?) that i've already iconed, but the difference between these and my last big beauty and the beast post, i think is pretty notable, and this time i made some dr. horrible quote icons and a few icons from the adorable dark horse penny comic, which i highly recommend. also included are a few broadway icons of various natures, icons from btvs season 7, and icons from season 2 of pushing daisies*. yay!

sooo many new fandoms in this post- we're talking arrested development (which i recently rushed through, thank you hulu.com), scrubs (a longtime favorite), star trek tos (i blametoothpasted, mostly, though tree00faeryhelped, too). plus merlin and gossip girl for my icon battle withwildalyss. then some old favorites, like veronica mars, dollhouse, pushing daisies, and so on. plus toy story 2! and buffy wallpaper.

...which isn't to say that i don't have other favorite celebrities, but my amazing f-list (and others who posted suggestions!) managed to pick some very cool celebrities for me to icon- neil patrick harris, audrey hepburn, jennifer garner, nathan fillion... you get the idea. so there are a small ton of random celebrity icons, then a few from doctor who 2x02 ("tooth and claw") and a bunch from 4x02 ("fires of pompeii"). plus i threw in some ridiculous season 1 buffy (from 1x03 ("witch")) icons, just for kicks.
